Facial gua sha is an acient healing technique originating from traditional Chinese medicine (over 3,000 years old!). It is a powerful tradition used to create internal balance by softening facial tension and clearing stagnant pathways to allow better flow of lymphatic and circulatory systems. This is done by using a high vibrational jade tool and creating movement with simple upward and outward stokes. By using daily you will feel and see a noticeable difference in your skin texture and tone.
During this Facial Gua Sha workshop, you will learn basic techniques, guided step-by-step by a licensed skincare specialist with over 13 years experience specializing in Holistic skincare methods. The goal of this workshop is to incorporate this ritual into your existing skin care routine. It can be done swiftly in 3 minutes if you’re in a hurry, or in 10-15 minutes when you have a bit more time to dedicate.
By creating a daily self-care ritual, you will naturally notice changes as your body begins to self heal existing conditions you may be experiencing. It will assit in reducing conditions such as acne, rosacea, puffiness, and dark circles by reducing inflammation and oxygenating the buildup of toxins and cellular waste.
