Enjoy the many benefits that an at home Gua Sha ritual can provide for your mind, body and skin. In this 60 minute online coarse I will show you the basic steps needed to do a complete Gua Sha facial routine at home.
Gua Sha works encourages the flow of blood, lymph, and chi. We work with the lymphatic system by stimulating channels of detoxification right below the skin’s surface to clear away debris. Overtime, this reduces breakouts, hyper pigmentation, and keeps the skin clear. Increased blood flow leaves your complexion looking bright and rosy while firming skin tone and releasing muscular tension.
